Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using JourneyMe, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old to use JourneyMe. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Choose an appropriate username, keep your password private, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not impersonate another person or use JourneyMe unlawfully.
Your contributions
You retain ownership of content you submit. By publishing a contribution, you confirm that you created it or otherwise have the right to share it. You grant JourneyMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that contribution only as needed to operate, moderate, and provide JourneyMe. This license ends when the contribution or your account is deleted, except where limited retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, or abuse-prevention purposes.
Community rules
Do not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, deceptive, invasive of privacy, infringing, spam, or otherwise harmful. Do not attempt to evade safety controls, disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, or encourage illegal activity. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Moderation
Users can report contributions and block accounts. We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and may suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or secure the service. We are not obligated to host any particular contribution. To report an urgent concern or appeal a suspension, contact journeymeproject@gmail.com.
Service changes and availability
JourneyMe may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. Contributions may be removed or replaced as part of the app’s page limits and contribution rules. We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Disclaimers
JourneyMe is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. User contributions express their authors’ views, not JourneyMe’s. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of user content.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JourneyMe and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, safety risks, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as JourneyMe evolves. We will post the revised terms here and update the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
